Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returning your parcel

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 2 days of receiving your package. Please ensure that the item is in its original, unused and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, except in the case of error on our part or if the item is defective upon receipt.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by e-mail whether or not your refund has been accepted. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
